How does the 14 day free demo work?

Fill out the demo request form. A confirmation e-mail is send to your e-mail address. After verification we will check your details and, if everything is in order, we will send you a free login and password. We have a free trial period of 14 days.

Can I upgrade from the free demo?

No, sorry, if you decide to purchase our online services it is not possible to upgrade from the trial version.

Can I upgrade between te different services?

Yes, upgrades are possible from the basic up to the premium version and, if possible, to the Custom account. Downgrading are not possible.

Which data can I analyze?

The Qtag qr code manager can analyze the scans (hits), media types, IP Based Geo-locations, browsers used and phone operating systems.

Can I compare media and used QR Code advertisements?

Yes, you can compare used media types (newspaper, flyer, billboard etc) but also mutual advertisements.

How do I integrate the barcodes into my campaign?

You will see that the integration and management of mobile tags is very straightforward. Our online services include the possibility to ad client details, campaigns and barcodes for each advertisement you have in your campaign. After creating a client you can ad campaign details within the client folder. Within the campaign you can ad multiple barcodes for use in your campaign. After generating and testing your barcode you can download it in different formats like .jpeg and .png

Can I have multiple clients and campaigns?

Yes, depending on the chosen service, you can manage multiple clients and campaigns.

Are these prices fixed or do I pay for traffic/downloads as well?

There are no hidden costs, no matter if you generate 10 or 10.000.000 scans/downloads, the price is fixed per account. Our prices are based on the amount of barcodes you use, not how many times they are scanned or downloaded. The more times they are used the better for everyone involved.

Are there others using QR Codes?

Although you are innovative on the cutting edge of interactive communication, you are far from the only one. QR Code marketing is picking up speed. Are there alternatives for QR Codes?

There are. Datamatrix, Shotcodes, MS Tag etcetera. However the QR Code is by far the most used in mobile campaigns. Furthermore, QR Codes can be designed for branding and are supported by most mobile barcode applications.

Is my account secure?

We use https as a security measure, only the demo version and single service have no HTTPS secure environment.

How does a license work?

When purchasing our services you obtain a license for one year. At any time you can extend your licence for another year. Extending your license adds up to your current available time of use. When the license expires without payment the account will be locked. We store your license for 1 month, after this period all data of this account will be destroyed.

Can I have a refund when unsatisfied?

Of course we are curious why you are not satisfied. Refunds are not possible. We supply a fully functional free trial, that is sufficient to make a judgement.
